Each bag is made in our Canadian-based studio in Calgary, AB.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekend, and/or during holidays are processed on the following Monday or business day.

Domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited. International orders are shipped through USPS and are subject to duties/taxes/customs upon delivery, as these are not applied in the shipping total.
